| Exhibit highlight | Infrastrutture S.p.A., (www.infrastrutture.eu), is a pioneer investor in renewables, and active in power for over 50 years as developer, investor and owner in energy production. Led by Pier Francesco Rimbotti, the Company is also a leading actor in providing technical, commercial, financial, asset management and O&M services to partners and major corporations. The Group holds a most significant track record, having participated in the development of over 15.000 MW, of which 400 MW as principal sponsor in the renewable energy sector, focused on wind and photovoltaic technologies. Since 2012 has been present in Japan developing solar and wind projects and has formed a joint venture for management and O&M services. Particularly in Japan, the Group has already developed about 90 MW of solar projects, some of which in operation and others under construction and is developing a further pipeline of 500 MW of wind projects. |
